Kee Equipment is proud to announce that we have been granted approval by state and local authorities to expand our site operations. We now have 8.3 acres of permitted land for receiving material within our 143 acre site. All proper documentation has been secured to enhance operations at our 2821 State Route 487 location. We went through this process in order to assure contractors using our site, that we will not exceed our former thresholds. The prior only allowed for the use of .99 acres.  Our new permit and plan has expanded our site capability by over 800%. 

All permits are available upon request. 

In addition to our expanded material receiving, Kee Equipment can produce engineered soils, amended soils, screened topsoil and sized stone. We also have the capacity to provide lay down areas for any of your logistical needs.
